I will make this as relaxed as possible, with a few formal questions combined with an informal discussion to gain a sense of what you might need from counselling and what has brought you here in this moment of your life. COUNSELLING SESSIONS AFTER THE ASSESSMENT

Counselling Sessions usually take place weekly at the same time and on the same day. Some clients prefer short-term counselling, six, twelve or sixteen-week sessions. Other clients prefer long-term counselling, six months to one year and longer. This is something we can discuss at the assessment.
